UMFA sponsors several major events for its members each year like Flute Fest and Parlor Concerts. Other past events have included
Attend a Flute Recital Month, featuring eight performances of flutists with a variety of ensembles and settings, and the Fall Event, which featured a guest artist in a master class and recital and a pedagogy panel covering a variety of issues with prominent regional teachers.
